Welcome New Yoga Instructor: Terry Ewing
I teach group fitness be-
cause I enjoy the energy
in a group dynamic. Be-
ing around other people
who have come together
for a single purpose can
raise your mood and en-
ergy. You end up enjoying that time more
than you expected.
While teaching yoga over the past 20 years,
I have found that there is much to enjoy
about yoga. Aside from all the physical,
mental and emotional benefits, I would
have to say that yoga is a valuable tool for
taking time to better oneself.
Beyond practicing and teaching yoga, I
am involved in horses and practice dres-
sage. I also have a passion for wine, food,
fashion and interior design. My home and
family includes six dogs, five cats and three
horses.
Join Terry in her Gentle Yoga class on
Monday and Wednesday, 3:15 p.m. at
Texas Drive.
Certifications:
• Flow Based Yoga CYT Yoga Yoga
• Life force Yoga w/Amy Weintraub
