Teaching group

spired me to in-
teract with resi-
dents by working
out with them
in a fun setting.
I enjoy being in a group environ-
ment, seeing the class happy about
feeling good and getting fit all at
the same time. To me, the partici-
pants make all the difference, I
see friendships and bonding be-
ing built as people are gaining
strength and health.
Aqua and Yoga are two different
types of workout.
I enjoy aqua because it allows me
to teach and encourage members
to try different types of exercises
in a non-threatening environ-
ment. Aqua is great for all forms
of physical fitness and for all lev-
els. I love aqua aerobics, because
it allows me to formulate workout
plans which enhance one’s ability
to enjoy working out.
There are so many aspects to
yoga. I love it because I feel it is
so important for everyone to learn
how to stretch. I find yoga relax-
ing, therapeutic, strong, and pow-
erful. Yoga allows us to reward
our bodies with the simple plea-
sure of relaxation combined with
strengthening muscles all over.
