iFly Austin is the first indoor skydiving
facility to open in Texas and features the
world’s most advanced wind tunnel for flyers
of all ages and capabilities. Over 5 million
customers have flown with iFly - ranging in
age from 3 to 103 years.
Indoor skydiving mimics the exact experience of free-fall sky-
diving without the parachute or the risk. You will have the
opportunity to soar in wind speeds of up to 120 mph within
the 14’ wide by 50’ tall glass flight chamber while accompanied
by a certified instructor. Flying at your own comfort level a
few feet off the ground with basic belly flying, to more aerial
gymnastic maneuvers at greater heights, you will each com-
plete two flights.
Your flight group will be guided through a pre-flight check-in
and a 15 minute orientation film before you put on a flight suit
(worn over street clothes) along with helmet and goggles. You
will be able to watch your teammates fly while you wait for
your second turn.
