2014 HOA/LMH Payment
Election Options

If you would like to make changes to your payment election for
2014, now is the time to make that change. If you are happy
with your current election, there is nothing you need to do.
The change form is available online at
:
• Log in with Member ID and Password
• Click on Site Index
• Click on Forms
• Scroll down to CA Forms and Applications
• Under Homeowners Association Dues, click on Payment
Election and Bank Draft Authorization forms for 2014.
The form is also available at the Member Services Office or by
email, if requested, at

The three options for 2014 HOA/LMH payments are:
1. Annual payment in full by credit card, cash or check―due
January 31, 2014.
2. ACH bank draft quarterly
3. ACH bank draft monthly
December 16, 2013 is the deadline for 2014 changes.
All statements will be mailed the first week of January 2014
with no statement fee. Remember, all mailed statements after
January 2014 will incur a $2 processing fee; to avoid this fee
you can sign up for E-Bills (see below).
Golf, Fitness and Resident
E-Bills – HELP US GO GREEN!!!
The CA is now offering E-Bills that will include your balances
in all accounts, including fitness classes, fitness lessons, pre-
paid MGA, gift cards, sweeps, golf lessons, punch cards, and
annual/combo pass activity. Once you sign up, you will no
longer receive a mailed statement. So, help us go green, save
some paper and sign up today! To sign up, send your email

Early Voting Begins October 21
Early voting for the November 5 election will begin on Mon-
day, October 21 in the Walburg Room at the Cowan Creek
Amenity Center. For the November elections, there will be
nine (9) amendments (propositions), which can be found at the
following website:
/. For the Sun
City Texas area, the county bond issue for Parks and Roads
will also be on the ballot.
The early voting schedule is as follows:
Monday, October 21 through Wednesday, October 30
8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
No Sunday Voting
Thursday, October 31 and Friday, November 1
7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Election Day:
Tuesday, November 5
- 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
