Tuesdays and Saturdays:
10 a.m. Sailing, Berry Creek Pond
On Mondays we fly small electric air-
planes on the golf course driving ranges
when a course is closed for play. We also
fly every evening at the White Wing driv-
ing range, starting 30 minutes after the
golf shop is closed. We need light wind
conditions to fly, so our flying usually
takes place in the early mornings or eve-
nings. If you see us out flying, stop by
and say hello.

Our next meeting will be Tuesday, Janu-
ary 20 at 5 p.m. in the Cowan Creek
Florence Room. Join us and chase away
the post-holiday blues with this tropical-
themed potluck event. Wear your best
tropical outfit (flowered shirt/hat, leis,
etc.) and bring a dish to share. Tropical
entrées are encouraged, but anything
will do. There will be a contest for all
tropical themed entrées with an appro-
priate prize awarded to the winner. Don’t
forget to bring your beverage of choice.
Can you say piña colada?
Trips planned for 2015 include Mardi
Gras on the Gulf Coast (February), the
Schulenburg Antiques Festival (March),
Alaska (July), and New York (August).
Meeting schedules and further informa-
tion is available on our website.
The RV club brings together residents
of our active lifestyle community who
enjoy the RV lifestyle. The result is a
great combination of friendships, travel
and adventure. We currently number
nearly 100 rigs of virtually every style
and configuration. Our members orga-
nize group RV trips to a wide variety of
destinations throughout the year, listed
on our website. We meet once a month,
except in June, July and August, when
many of our members are away travel-
ing. Interested residents can find mem-
bership and other information on the
club website or from our contacts above.

2015 Season leagues begin later in the
year. Informal games will be announced
on the club website. There are typically
practice and pick-up games every Tuesday
and Friday, beginning at 10 a.m.
As one of the few spectator sports in Sun
City Texas, we invite you to come watch,
come play, and have some fun…at beau-
tiful Del Webb Field! The grandstand
cover makes watching the games more
comfortable and enjoyable.
We invite new and existing residents to
check out senior slo-pitch softball. There
are also very active and self-supporting
traveling teams, the Sun City Warriors,
for the more competitive player.
You can check the Softball Club website or
