N54 RESIDENTS SHOW SUPPORT FOR VETERANS
On Sunday, November 9, residents gathered at the Duck Creek entrance to N54 to raise six new flags, one for each branch
of the U.S. Military and one for those who were POW/MIA while serving in a war zone. The flags were purchased by N54
residents who wanted to display their support of all veterans, particularly the more than 40 men and women in the neigh-
borhood who have served their country.
BELL RINGERS
Sandy Goodman and Cathy Francis enjoyed “Ringing the Bell” for the
Salvation Army at City Market. Cathy, dressed as Mrs. Claus, made “Ring-
ing the Bell” popular with the Sun City Georgettes four years ago; now,
many of the Georgettes ring the bell each year. Sandy Goodman is on
the Sports Committee and has rung the bell many times.
