Resident Directors’ Open Session
Wednesday, November 12, 3 p.m., CCG
The Resident Directors of the Sun City Texas Community
Association Board will host an Open Session on Wednesday,
November 12 at 3 p.m. in the Georgetown Room at the Cowan
Creek Amenity Center. This meeting allows a two-way dialogue
between the Resident Directors and the residents at large and
will focus mainly on matters listed on the November Board
Workshop agenda. All residents are welcome and encouraged
to attend.
Landscaped Maintained Homes

Attention, Landscaped Maintained Homes residents: please
attend this year-end Town Hall!
The LMH Committee will give a recap of landscape activities
completed in 2014 and present the 2015 LMH budget. Vari-
ous LMH Subcommittee members will be introduced, and we
will discuss plans for the future. TCB Landscape will provide
refreshments. We will see you there.
New Resident Orientation
Thursday, November 6,
8:30 a.m., Social Center Ballroom
If you are new to Sun City Texas, please join us for the New
Resident Orientation. At 8:30 a.m., the Club Fair begins.
Enthusiastic members will visit with you and tell you about
their chartered clubs.
The Community Association staff presentation begins at 9:15
a.m. and ends around 10:15 a.m. You will have an opportunity
to meet the staff, learn how your Association operates, and
gather valuable information. There will be time for questions,
so bring them with you. Refreshments will be served.
Thanksgiving Day Holiday Closures
Thursday, November 27
All facilities except Golf will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
Legacy Hills Golf Course will be open with a shotgun start
at 9 a.m.
On Friday, November 28, all facilities will be open with limited
staff. Business will resume normal hours and operations on
Monday, December 1.
