Investment Club Special Interest
Groups (SIGs) meet the second and third
Thursdays of each month from 1-3 p.m.
in Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 of the Activities
Center. The club’s dual-track discussions
will focus on: (1) Introduction to Investing;
and (2) Advanced Investment Strategies.

Do you like music and dance? Come
join us. Various dance styles are in-
corporated into “lines” and danced to
a variety of musical genres. You don’t
need a partner.
New and prospective members are en-
couraged to start on the first Wednesday
of the month. Residents are welcome to
attend three times before joining. Dues
are just $14 for the year. Five socials
with special themes are held annually
in the Ballroom. Our first one for this
year is scheduled for Saturday, Febru-
ary 8th.

meet in the Atrium from 6-8 p.m. on the
first, third, and fifth Thursdays of each
month. All Line Dance Club members
are welcome to participate in the Pat-
tern Dance sessions. Pattern dancing
is done by couples, but is not limited to
male and female partners. It utilizes
many of the same steps employed in
line dancing.

game played with Chinese tiles. The Sun
City Mah Jongg Club welcomes players
of all skill levels to have an entertaining
time. We have several tournaments and/

golf. Weekly tournaments are held each

Urban Birds – The Challenges That
They (and We) Face
Dr. Chuck Sexton will give an overview
of the challenges birds and other wildlife
face because of urbanization. Dr. Sex-
ton was co-editor of the Texas regional
column of American Birds magazine for
18 years and has worked as a wildlife
biologist for 35 years.
Dues: $12, includes monthly programs
and six Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
