The landscaping of Maintained Homes has been undergoing
some major trimming and should be completed by now. If your
house was missed, please let either Aaron or me know and we
will have TCB come back. Mulch will be applied to the beds
to maintain an adequate level of protection for plant roots
and to keep the weeds down. Pre-emergent weed control, as
well as fertilizer, will be used to help maintain a healthy and
mostly weed-free turf for early spring. Irrigation settings will
remain off for the rest of the winter months. Depending on
the weather, we may turn the system on during the March
irrigation walk-through.
For service requests, you may fill out a service request form
that is located on the back wall in the Library and turn it in
to the Member Services Office; or contact David Longacre or
Aaron Johnson.
