‘It’s a Wonderful Life’
Investment Fraud Presentation
Friday, January 24, 10 a.m., SCB
Joseph Rotunda, the Director of the Enforcement Division of
the Texas State Securities Board, will speak to Sun City Texas
residents on Friday, January 24, about the warning signs of
investment fraud and what investors should do if they suspect
they have been defrauded. The presentation will start at 10
a.m. in the Social Center Ballroom.
Mr. Rotunda will explain how to defend ourselves against
promoters of fraudulent or inappropriate investments by be-
ing aware of the tactics they use, by carefully checking all the
investment material they provide, and by investigating their
credentials before committing any money to the investment
opportunity.

Attention, Landscaped Maintained Homes residents—please
attend this year-end Town Hall! The LMH Committee will
give a recap of landscape activities completed in 2013 and
present the 2014 LMH budget. Various LMH Sub-Committee
members will be introduced, and we will discuss plans for
the future. TCB Landscape will provide refreshments. We
will see you there.
