The Sundancers square dance on Monday
evenings and round dance on most
Sunday evenings. All square and round
dancers are welcome to come and join in
the fun. The club dress code is casual.
Square Dance Schedule
Plus Lessons: 5-6:30 p.m.
Workshop: 6:30-7 p.m.
Square dance: 7-9 p.m.
A graduation ceremony was held during
the dance on March 28 for the students
who completed the series of Mainstream
lessons. Plus lessons will begin April 4.
April dances will all be in the ballroom.
Workshops will be Mainstream on April
4, 11 and 18. Workshop on April 25 will
be Plus Level.
Round Dance Schedule
3-4:30 p.m. Lessons (phase 2 waltz)
4-5:30 p.m. Dance and teach
(phase 2 and 3 basic)
5-6:30 p.m. Dance and teach
(phase 3 harder dances)
6-7:45 p.m. Dance and teach (phase 4)
Round dances will be held in the Atrium

Table Tennis is a sport which can be
played at the beginner level (ping pong)
or at the Olympic level—playing exercises
both your brain and body and puts a smile
on your face! Who says exercise can’t be

There is a ladies group, a men’s group,
mixed play and singles and doubles. There
is a yearly social-new member meeting,
four Board meetings per year, and an
annual membership meeting. The club
also offers members, at no additional cost,
beginner and intermediate clinics and use

photos! Yearly dues are $10 per person.
We are a friendly group where everyone
is supported and encouraged. We invite

Tennis at Sun City is for all playing sched-
ules and all skill levels. Whether you’re
just restarting tennis or an active USTA
player, join in and let’s play some tennis!
To reserve a court with your friends, come
to the ball draw at 5 p.m. two days in ad-
vance of your desired play date, or just
show up and play on any available court.
For even more fun, join us and take part
in some of our many other activities.
Try Open Tennis, which features doubles
with no partners, no levels and a friendly
coordinator to get you started. Play Monday
and Wednesday evenings or Friday morn-
ings at times posted on the court schedule
on the bulletin board between Courts 2 and
3. Just show up and have fun!

Both beginning and seasoned artists
are welcomed by the Visual Arts Club,
which offers classes, the use of the Studio
in which to paint, the opportunity to
display art around Sun City and in
Georgetown and several VAC sponsored
shows per year. There are also several
social gatherings.
Though general meetings are usually
held on the fourth Tuesday of each month
from 3-5 p.m., in April the meeting will
be replaced by a Membership Luncheon
on April 19, at which existing members
will welcome new members. Signup
sheets will be provided for RSVPs and
for dishes to be brought. New members
will receive an invitation, and they are
not to provide a dish. The luncheon will
be in the Georgetown/Florence rooms at
Cowan Creek.
Sun City residents are invited to visit our
