Mission: The Current Issues Club
provides a nonpartisan environment
where a respectful exchange of ideas
among members promotes discussion and
a deeper understanding of current issues.
Topics: Suggestions for topics are
submitted to the Board from the SIG,
program evaluations and members’ emails.
The Board presents four to five choices
at the program for membership vote at
the program. Topics cover international,
national, state and local issues. The topic
is posted on the website once it is voted
upon. The background information sheet is
posted about a week prior to the program.
Research: Volunteers serve on the
Research Committee and present

website and at the monthly program.
Dues: 2016 dues are $6. Please pay on the
Sun City website ticketing system.
