The Alexander Hamilton Chapter of Sons
of the American Revolution meets sec-
ond Saturdays, except in February and
September. The October 12 meeting will
be at Mel’s Lonestar Lanes, featuring
Cindy McNally, founder and president
of WilCo Blue Star Mothers, Honoring
politics at the University of Texas and
the author of Writing Dissent: Taking
Radical Ideas from the Margins to the
Mainstream, among other books. His ar-
ticles on foreign policy, politics and race
have appeared in papers and magazines
