Lunch follows at the Safari Camp Grill located on the grounds
of the Wildlife Ranch. You will select either a cheeseburger or a
grilled chicken sandwich. Peppered fries, beverage and cookie
included.
Next we will take a short drive to the Natural Bridge Caverns
for a half-mile walk 180 feet below ground with a guide pointing
out stalagmites, stalactites, flowstones, chandeliers and soda
straws to name a few ancient formations.
Ticket cost includes transportation, admission fees, and lunch.
NOTE: This outing is Level 3 due to walking on uneven
surfaces and steps; not wheelchair or walker accessible.

Veterinary College Tour –
Texas A&M College Station

Lunch on your own
Tuesday, Oct. 24, $27 pp
Depart SCPL 7:30 a.m.; return 5:15 p.m.

This is a special opportunity for a
private tour of the Veterinary and Medical
Educational Complex at Texas A & M College.
The only college of its kind in Texas and one
of only 31 in the country and Canada, this facility provides care
for their mascot, Reveille and Parsons Mounted Calvary. Along
with the small and large animal hospital, they service animals
from all over the world. NOTE: The 90 minute tour will be
all walking, standing and some stairs.
After the tour lunch will be on our own. We will enjoy a 90
minute walking tour of this gorgeous campus after lunch. No
rest stops going or returning, so please bring your own snacks,
water and coffee.

Wildseed Farm and Pie –
Fredericksburg and Marble Falls

Depart SCPL 9 a.m.; return 6:30 p.m.

Gardeners, shoppers, and history
buffs will all find something of interest today.
Our first stop is Wildseed Farms for a leisurely
tour of the grounds. Visit the nursery; check
out the award winning wildflower seeds, garden
accessories, specialty foods, and many other items; purchase
wildflower seeds to scatter or plant around your home. After 90
minutes at the farms we will leave for downtown Fredericksburg
