Happy Birthday, freda and helen!
Happy Birthday to being in the 90s! Two lovely ladies in Neigh-
borhood 16 turned “90”- Freda Binder (left) and “95”- Helen
Sanders (right). They do not let their age slow them down,
as they are active with club activities and even daily walks!
When asked what advice they would like to share from their
‘years of wisdom’ they said...
Freda
~ “Live each day to the fullest and remember that Anger
is the sand in the machinery of life and Love is the oil!”
Helen
~ “Life is God’s gift to you; what you do with your life
is your gift to God!”
Neighborhood 9 fashion show
Neighborhood 9 hosted its annual Style
Show& Luncheon in October. Participants
were asked to bring donations for the
Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown and The
Caring Place Food Pantry. The fashion
show consisted of looks from Chico’s,
The Screen Door, Hummingbird Hollow,
and Lane Bryant, all modeled by Sun City
Texas residents (and a few of their chil-
dren and grandchildren).
