As Sun City continues to grow, it is necessary to have a drawing
each fall to allocate venues for the following year’s December
holiday events. All chartered club and neighborhood request
forms and procedures will be sent out via email the first week
in October and must be returned to the locked container at the
Social Center monitor’s desk no later than Monday, Oct. 31. Any
chartered club or neighborhood requesting space for a holiday
party MUST have a representative present at the drawing to
select their date. If you have any questions, please contact Sheree

2017 HOA/LMH
payment election options

If you would like to make changes to your payment election for
2017, now is the time to do so. If you are happy with your current
election, there is nothing you need to do.

The three options for 2017 HOA/LMH payments are:

1. Annual payment in full by credit card, cash or check; payment
due Jan. 31, 2017 (office closed Saturday and Sunday)

2. ACH bank draft quarterly

3. ACH bank draft monthly

Dec. 15, 2016 is the deadline for 2017 changes.

The change form is available online at www.sctexas.org. Log
in with member ID and password → click the orange Finance
Forms button on the right → click on 2017 Resident Payment
Election Form. To print the form, go to File → Print.

The form is also available at the Member Services Office. You
may also request the form from [email protected].

After completing the form, bring it to the Member Services Office
along with a voided check (if paying by bank draft) or by one of
the following methods:

– By mail: SCTXCA, 2 Texas Drive, Georgetown, TX, 78633,
Attn: Learhea Grant

– Email: Scan the completed form and a voided check (bank
draft only) and email to [email protected]

All statements will be mailed the first week of January 2017
with no statement fee. Remember, all mailed statements after
January 2017 will incur a $2 processing fee; to avoid this fee
you can sign up for e-bills (see below).

Golf, fitness and resident e-bills

The CA offers e-bills that include your balances in all accounts,
including fitness classes, fitness lessons, prepaid MGA, gift cards,
sweeps, golf lessons, punch cards and annual and combo pass
activity. Once you sign up, you will no longer receive a mailed
statement. Help us go green, save some paper and sign up today!
