“Ray is very conscientious regarding
proper form and technique,” says
Marilynn. “He consistently asks if
he’s performing the exercises correctly
and he works diligently to increase his
level of strength and stamina. During
his workout sessions, we use strength-
training equipment as well as unstable
apparatus such as the stability ball,
the BOSU ball and the foam roller to
increase the challenge and to work on
core strength and balance.
