Pianist, composer, and
humanitarian Keiko Matsui and her unique
melting pot of musical influences have garnered
her a devout international following. This
stunning, profound artist and world citizen is celebrating a
triumphant 25 years of recording in the U.S. Matsui, an icon of
Contemporary Jazz, is one of the most recognized artists in the
genre. Her elegant piano melodies and gentle jazz grooves have
enormous appeal resulting in sold out appearances at concert
halls across the world.
Enjoy a ride in a Mercedes Sprinter to the One World Theater
for the early show that begins at 6 p.m.
Ticket price includes transportation and orchestra seating.

The Rock Rose District of the Domain
is Austin’s newest “in” place. We are headed
there for dinner on our own. You will be
amazed at this district’s sharp contrast to the
original Domain’s traditional eateries. Unique is the key word,
with eateries such as St. Genevieve, a wine lounge with gourmet
bar food; Jack and Ginger’s Irish Pub; Lavaca Turf and Surf;
MAD Greens Salad; Tarka Indian Kitchen; Dogwood; and Mia
Italian Tapas. You need to come along just to experience walking
down this three block area with its funky restaurant names and
view the outdoor gallery along the way. By the time we arrive
in October, even more places will be open. These are very casual
eateries and not fine-dining type restaurants.
When you board the bus, I will provide a list of the restaurants,
price ranges and type of food. This will be a first visit for Sun
City, and you won’t want to miss it. We will travel on a 30
passenger bus without the usual amenities.
