Rally for the cure
The 2013 Rally for the Cure
in October was a great success! More than 380 golfers
participated, clad in their brightest pink! For more

Each year, Sun City Texas participates in an Interclub Golf Event which involves golfers from a number of different clubs in the Greater Austin
Area. This year included teams fromSun City Texas, Mill Creek, Forest Creek, Lago Vista, Delaware Springs, Lakeway, Balcones, and Lighthouse.
There were eight competitions spanning five months with teams earning points at each site. The team with the highest point total at the end
of the eight events is crowned the year’s Champion – and guess who brought home the trophy for 2013?! You guessed it! The 2013 Austin
Interclub Champion is Sun City Texas! Please help me in congratulating all of the players who helped contribute to this victory! We also want
to thank Andy Miller and Josh Lockhart for their hard work in coordinating this event! Job well done! Now it’s time to defend the title in 2014!
