Yoga helps me live in
the present moment.
I love the focus that it
brings to my mind and
the physical energy it
brings to my body. I feel great physically,
mentally and spiritually when I practice
regularly. Yoga helps me feel gratitude
for my life. As I grow stronger and more
flexible, I feel more confident and bal-
anced. When I face the fact that my legs
will probably never easily cross behind
my head, I realize that the joy is in the
journey, not the perfection of a pose.

to be both relaxed and
energized.
Jean says, “I have been attending
Strength&Stretch for over two years and
Chair Yoga for over a year. In Strength
&Stretch, the instructor, Jan, makes the
class so much fun you hardly realize you
are working out. Chair Yoga instructor,
Anna’s gentle yoga movements really re-
lax and chase the stress away.”
