Alzheimer’s and Dementia are part of a rising epidemic of brain
degeneration in the United States. 10 percent of people over the
age 65 and 25 percent of people over age 75 develop some form of
dementia. Once you reach age 85 that number skyrockets to 50
percent! Unfortunately, most people (including doctors!) ignore
the early warning signs of dementia and write it off as simply
“getting older.” Sadly, there is no medical cure or treatment for
dementia once it has progressed. However, current research
suggests that a proactive approach to a healthy lifestyle can
