yourself first. Stop suffering through the pain of hammertoes.
The MiToe mini implant, once implanted, relieves your pain –

of living life well.

Tricks to Living a Happy Life
Tuesday, June 24, 10 a.m., CCW
Hosted by: Georgetown Living
Presented by: Jessica Poor with Nurses Unlimited
Purchase your $1 ticket online or at the Member Services Office.
What we all want is to be happy. We consider it a goal, an outcome,
an end result. However, I want to talk to you about happiness being
a journey and an everyday process. Deciding to be happy every
day is the key; but, how do you do this? Using the principles of
positive psychology, let’s explore the science of happiness together
to make the everyday excellent instead of mediocre.
There are real life hazards that we need to buffer ourselves against:
stress, illness, lost and broken relationships, employment, re-
tirement, loss. Thinking that we will be happy when, and if, we
overcome these hazards will only place us in a state of perpetual
unhappiness. Come and learn how to re-work the happiness equa-
tion so that every day is full of smiles.
Jessica Poor, LMSW, is a social worker with Nurses Unlimited.
With the help of medical social workers, Nurses and aids, Nurses
Unlimited provides quality caregiving support to help people age
or heal where they are most comfortable, at home!
Char Hu, PhD is co-founder of Georgetown Living, a family of
long-term care companies that specialize in Alzheimer’s care. Char
is a former scientist whose previous research had implications for
the understanding of Alzheimer’s disease.
