N48, Cowan Draw, is a very active and friendly neighborhood located off of Pedernales Falls Drive. To access N48, head west on Pedernales Falls Drive, from the intersection of Pedernales and Cool Spring Way. Turn right onto either Saldao Creek Lane or Martin Creek Lane. There are a total of 125 homes in N48 with the first homes being occupied in 2014.

There will be a DJ, dancing and a delicious dinner.
Dinner In "48" is a grouping of 4 to 8 people who rotate cooking meals and hosting their dinner group within their own homes. The group typically meets 4-12 times per year with each member (for singles) or each household (for couples) alternating the coordination. Please register by January 3rd.
