The site construction plans referred to in Pulte’s announcement on September 21, 2021, must be approved by the City of Georgetown before any formal or detailed information can be provided to the community. This approval process may take until Quarter 1 of 2021, but Pulte intends to complete the Pickleball complex and parking lot in 2021. The plan for this area includes some new homes and a large “open space” amenity building paid for with existing Community Association (CA) capital asset funds.
The building’s scope and cost will be reviewed by the appropriate advisory committees and their findings presented at the November 2020 CA Board workshop and meeting.
