Explore the beautiful Milam County Courthouse built in 1889, the Milam County Historical Museum, and the Milam County Jailhouse complete with cells, furnishings, and gallows, and learn about the settlement of Milam County and the town of Cameron.Then, with a short stroll around the square you'll find the Old Town Cameron Railroad Museum, boutique and antique stores, and the perfect small town café or bistro for lunch on your own. After lunch, your Central Texas sampler trip offers the choice of a visit to Walker Honey Farm, a "Bee to Bottle" honey, wine and mead shop, or Veranda Bloom with 40,000 sq.ft. of fabulously unique home décor.
