A chance encounter with charming neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid leads to a story book romance. However, all is not as it seems, and cracks begin to form in their perfect relationship when Lily begins to see sides of Ryle that remind her of her painful past. When her first love reappears, Lily is left with an impossible choice.
