For more than a dozen tempestuous years beginning in 1866, the Chisholm Trail was the Texas cowboy's road to adventure. It held not only the excitement of sudden stampedes, hazardous river crossings and brushes with Indians, but also the promise of a better future for Texas following the Civil War.

Explore the Chisholm Trail from Gonzales to Brushy Creek in Round Rock. Walk in the steps of the men and women who defined our Texas heritage and created a legend that lives on. Tour the JB Wells House in Gonzales, visit the Southwest Clock Museum in Lockhart, cross Brushy Creek in Round Rock, and toss back a cowboy shot as we set the stage for the final ride to Fort Worth "Where the West Begins" in October. Lunch is on your own at Kreuz Market Barbecue in Lockhart, The Barbecue Capitol of Texas.

Ticket includes transportation and tour fees. Maximum tickets: 40
