Nature Club Members: You are invited to a meeting of the Living with Wildlife SIG, March 14th, 10:00 AM in the Atrium at the Activities Center. Please join us for a discussion about "Saving Orphaned Wild Babies" Our Presenter is: Helen Laughlin, founder of All Things Wild. Wild baby animals sometimes fall out of the nest, they are picked up by a cat or dog and brought into your house, or the mother is killed. Whatever the circumstances, the babies need your help. The tiny squirrels, cottontail rabbits, opossums, skunks, and songbirds, to name a few of the possible wild orphans you might find, all need special care until you can get them to a wildlife rehabilitator. Helen and the team from All Things Wild will present a program on what to do when you find an orphaned wild baby and how they save the tiny babies to grow strong and return to the wild. Live wild babies will be present. Registration is Open Now. Seating will be limited to the first 100 people to sign up. ------------------------------ --- If you have any questions about this meeting, please contact: Nancy Wagoner at [email protected].
