Barbara Nesbitt returns to Sun City, this time as part of a terrific duo with Nevada Newman. Barbara's Americana/folk style, voice and songwriting skills have placed her in the Austin Music Awards' top Best Female Singer and Best Songwriter categories. She co-founded breakout band The Whiskey Sisters to much acclaim and has sung background vocals for Willie Nelson and Bob Weir. Americana artist Nevada Newman has performed in several Austin area bands as a vocalist and lead guitarist, and has also has composed his own original material.
