Nature Club Members: Birder or not, you are invited to a a Birding SIG meeting on Nov. 7
at 2:30 PM in the Lonestar Room at the Retreat in which I will give a
presentation on How to Attract, Feed and Sustain Birds at Home.
If you haven't noticed any birds around lately, you are not alone.
Likely, due in large part to two years of severe heat and drought and
the ongoing "insect apocalypse", there are hardly any birds anywhere in
central Texas right now; those that are here or will come here need our
