Head over Heels is a hilarious and unpredictable Elizabethan romp about a royal family that must prevent an oracle's prophecy of doom. To save their beloved kingdom, the family embarks on an extravagant journey where they are faced with mistaken identities, love triangles and self-discovery. A journey where everything and everyone is not quite what it seems. An inspired mash-up of posh and punk, this laugh-out-loud story blends its tale with hit songs by the iconic 80s all-female rock band The Go-Go's including "We Got the Beat," "Our Lips Are Sealed," and Belinda Carlisle's "Heaven is a Place on Earth." Our pre-theater stop for lunch on your own will be at the downtown diners where choices range from Texas barbecue and Gus's Famous Fried Chicken to Asian fusion and fresh seafood.
