Corsicana History combines the Old South's heritage with the Wild West's history, and nowhere better than the Pearce Collections Museum at Navarro College. Our first tour is the Pearce Civil War exhibit, where films, letters and artifacts explore the four tumultuous years of the American Civil War. From here, we will explore two additional gallery exhibits: the Hunter-Gatherers of the Texas Blackland Prairie and stories of the Texas frontier in Western Art.

A driving tour through old Corsicana for interesting legends and lore is next, followed by lunch on your own at the famous Collin Street Bakery.

After lunch, it's tasty treats and shopping at the Navarro Pecan and Russell Stover Factory Outlets before heading home with more Texas tales and a round of "The Wild Texas Critter Races."

Ticket includes transportation and museum fees. Maximum tickets: 40
