An invitation for the $50 tournament (held on the fourth Tuesday each month) is emailed to all interested members after the monthly $10 tournament (held on the third Tuesday each month) is finished. A list of the respondents is created and this list is sent to all responding players a few days before the event. Seating begins at 11:30, The tournament will begin as soon as everyone present is seated. |
