 | | July 4th Parade! 10:00 am Celebrate the 4th with a Neighborhood 13 Golf Cart Parade. We will line up on the Navasota Circle and Guadalupe Trail, departing eastbound at 10am towards Rio Grande Loop. We will take the Loop counter-clockwise. Come with your cart decorated or not...no worries! If you don't have a cart, be the cheering crowd in your yard as we pass. If you have room on your cart, invite a neighbor to ride with you.
