N13 Golf Cart Parade On Fat Tuesday, March 1, at 2 p.m. there will be a Mardi Gras parade. We will go around Rio Grande Loop twice! Come out and watch or if you are interested in being in the parade, decorate your golf cart and join us at the park at 1:30-1:45pm. All are invited!
