Enjoy an Easter concert featuring harpist Kristen Gibbs! Kristen was born and raised in Austin and classically trained since the age of ten. She is recognized as one of the best classical harpists but is also known for her contemporary style. Changing the traditional barriers of the classical harp world, Kristen is one of few harpists in the country that incorporates vocals in her performances. During the concert prelude, Kristen will perform solo playing hymns and other spiritual pieces in a classical style. Her band will then join her to perform songs with a more traditional quality, all celebrating the Risen Christ. This intimate performance will definitely be a memorable evening! You may bring your own snacks and beverages. |
