 | | July 4th Parade! 12:00 pm noon Let's celebrate the 4th with a Neighborhood 13 Golf Cart Parade. We'll line up on the Navasota Circle and Guadalupe Trail, departing eastbound at 10am towards Rio Grande. We'll take the Loop counter-clockwise. Come with your cart decorated or not...no worries! If you don't have a cart, be the cheering crowd in your yard as we pass. If you have room on your cart, invite a neighbor to ride with you. Looking forward to a fun morning N13.
