Lunch begins with pots of hot tea, crisp spring rolls and wonton soup followed by platters of Chinese BBQ pork fried rice, Vegetable lo mein, Peking duck tucked into a steamed bun, Sesame chicken, Shrimp and cashews, Egg-foo young with a tasty topping, Shredded pork with garlic sauce and Szechuan beef. Sweet treats from the Chinese bakery and a drawing for Dorothy's amazing cookbook will bring our lunch to a finish! After lunch, we are off to the market with Dorothy for a fun and informative shopping tour. Don't forget to bring your coolers and shopping bags for your market goodies.
