The Field of Honor® is a dramatic, emotion-filled display of 1500+ full-size, 3′ x 5′ US flags.
In its THIRD year, the Rotary Club of Georgetown's signature event will present over 1,500 flags that will take your breath away. Each flag is available for purchase and dedication in honor of a veteran, active or reserve duty military individual or first responder. This tribute exemplifies the Rotary motto of "Service Above Self." The exciting events held throughout the week are open to the public from November 9 through 17! The Mission of the Field of Honor® is to honor and benefit active- and reserve-duty military, veterans, and first responders; to inspire patriotism and love of our flag and its heritage; to educate children that visit during school field trips, and to unify our communities in respectfully honoring our flag, our country, and our military, veterans, and first responders.
