Our journey through Waco history begins in the Ice Age as we explore the Waco National Mammoth Monument, the nation's first and only recorded evidence of a nursery herd of Columbian mammoths. Next, it's lunch on your own. Choose Rudy's BBQ, Texas Health Camp Burgers or Magnolia Table. With ticket purchase, specify a museum to visit after lunch: The Texas Ranger Museum – featuring one of the most famous and respected crime-fighting forces in the nation; The Texas Sports Hall of Fame – an interactive history of Texas Sports; or The Mayborn Museum – a natural science and cultural history museum of Central Texas. To finish your day, choose a tour of The Dr. Pepper Museum including a Dr. Pepper float, OR the famed Magnolia Market for retail therapy and a bakery cupcake.
