6:30 Grand March and Announcements
6:30-8:00 Mainstream with Announced Plus (gentle pace, standard formations)
8:00-8:45 Faster paced, more creative Mainstream and Plus calls
8:45-9:30 More complex Mainstream and Plus, Advanced tips, depending on demand
