Shopping, salads and sweets – what a way to spend a hot summer afternoon! We are off to Austin's great indoor shopping venue, Barton Creek Mall. With over 180 specialty shops, you can scope out the latest fashions at such places as Nordstrom, Dillard's and Macy's along with one of a kind local shops. If you need computer help, the Apple Store is available. Since lunch is a must, why not try California Pizza, Cheesecake Factory, Nordstrom Café or the Food Court. The AMC 14 Theatre is another option for your afternoon adventure. Please bring your own shopping bags since many Austin stores no longer provide bags. Mall maps will be provided.
