Shopping, salads and sweets! What a fun way to spend a hot summer afternoon! We are off to Austin’s great, indoor shopping venue, Barton Creek Mall with over 180 specialty shops. You can scope out the latest fashions at such places as Nordstroms, Dillard’s and Macy’s along with one of a kind local shops. If you need computer help, there is the Apple Store. Since lunch is a must, why not try California Pizza, Cheesecake Factory, Nordstrom’s Café or the Food Court with many varied choices. The AMC 14 Theatre is another option for staying cool in the summer heat. Mall maps will be provided. Ticket cost includes transportation only.
