Rhythm Congress was born in a warehouse on South Congress Avenue in Austin. It features a lively rhythm section and large congress of horns playing blues, rhythm and blues and pop music ‘60s and the ‘70s. This is a performance but we will have a small dance floor for those that don’t like to sit still. |
