Depart SCPL 5:15 p.m.; return 8:30 p.m. Tickets for this event go on sale on Friday, Dec. 1 @ 8 a.m. The Stagecoach Inn, a Texas classic, is new again and has reopened with a fresh look. A stop off the Chisholm Trail as a hotel and lounge for weary travelers since 1861, this famous Inn is our dinner destination. The new owners who also own The Monument Café know all about running a restaurant and have kept many of the 100 year old recipes along with introducing new dishes. Tonight we begin with their famous hush puppies followed by your choice (when you purchase ticket) of chicken fried steak, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans OR blackened catfish, black-eyed peas and kale. Dessert is Stagecoach’s famous strawberry kiss with vanilla ice cream. Iced tea or coffee included. Additional beverages may be purchased on your own.
