Explore two Waco museums.  First, we will visit the Masonic Lodge Museum. Tracing their Lone Star roots to 1835, the Texas Masons boast such influential members as all four Republic of Texas Presidents, 31 governors, and an astronaut who established a Masonic lunar outpost called Tranquility Lodge No. 2000.  The Texas Grand Lodge not only houses a fine exhibit of Masonic memorabilia, but also artifacts from the Republic of Texas, the Texas railroads, and an exhibit dedicated to the Nazi persecution of Freemasons during the Holocaust.

Enjoy lunch on your own at Rudy's Barbecue, which does Texas proud.  Choose from slow smoked, tender brisket, sausage, ribs, chicken or turkey – sliced or sandwiched, with all the sides and trimmings.

After lunch we will take a walk on the historical Chisholm Trail Bridge. Learn a little history, take some great photos and participate in two Waco traditions, a surprise you are sure to enjoy.
The Texas Ranger Museum, our final destination, was established in 1823. The Texas Rangers, some of the most colorful heroes in American history, brought peace to an untamed frontier and have become one of the most famous and respected crime-fighting forces in the nation.  Enjoy an introductory 45 minute movie followed by free time to explore.
Ticket cost includes transportation and museum tours.
